For the 95% of you who don't have a floppy drive, you will need to improvise to create your boot image. For example, on my machine: is /Users/Shared/DiskImages/bochs/ is /Applications/Emulation/Bochs/ Note: Steps 2 to 5 assume you have a floppy drive attached to your Mac. In the instructions that follow, be sure to replace and with the correct pathnames. Your Bochs installation is in the directory. Let's assume you want to place your disk, CD, and floppy images in the directory. You must therefore create disk images of the boot disk and Windows 98 installer CD-ROM. It seems like there are currently no drivers for using a physical floppy or CD device in Bochs under OS X (please correct me if I am mistaken). These instructions assume you feel comfortable with the Terminal and have some knowledge of basic UNIX commands. I have posted them so that they may be of use to anyone interested. There are various ways of approaching the installation - the following steps worked for me. I used a conglomeration of tips and steps from the other postings in the discussion boards.

On the weekend I downloaded the Bochs 2.0.2 binaries for Mac OS X and successfully installed Windows 98 SE. Download/Copy Bochs.apk to the Fonepad and install it (don't open yet).
However, realise that this is a Windows install on an ARM processor. Click URL instructions: Right-click on ad, choose 'Copy Link', then paste here → (This may not be possible with some types of ads).
